Bremerton Elks Lodge RV Park Information

Bremerton Elks #1181 has a beautiful and convenient RV park for BPOE members in good standing and their guests who are visiting the Kitsap Peninsula area of western Washington State.  With mountain and water views, easy proximity to the Lodge, and ample parking, our RV park is a gem.  To learn more about our Travel ‘n Fun group, visit their page under the “About Us” drop-down menu.

Bremerton Elks Lodge Recreational Vehicle Parking Policy

Fees:

  • A fee of $25 per night will be payable to the Lodge office or at the pay station at the Shelter for use of the RV park facilities.
  • A parking permit will be provided by the Lodge office upon registration, and the permit must be in full view at all times.
  • A copy of the monthly Bremerton Elks Reminder newsletter is available in the Lodge office for information on Lodge activities during your stay.

Park Usage:

  • The Bremerton Elks Lodge #1181 RV Park is available to all BPOE members in good standing.  Guests of a Elk in good standing must be signed in by that member.  Only (1) recreational vehicle at a time may be sponsored by the member.
  • Exceptions to the stay rules are subject to prior approval of the Board.  The Board will notify the Lodge office of the exception.

Space Assignment:

  • Reservations will be accepted for individuals and groups with a minimum of eight (8) sites, but no more than twelve (12) sites. A nonrefundable deposit of the first night fee is required at the time of the reservation.  RVs will be parked by space availability.  If all park spaces are filled, additional parking room is available for dry camping north of the divider/planter.  Dry camping will only be permitted when all serviced RV spaces are full.
  • An official record of reservations and park usage will be kept on the Lodge office calendar.
  • All individuals assigned a space are required to utilize stabilizer pads when setting up the RV.
  • A maximum of two (2) vehicles (including the RV) are permitted per site, and no more than one (1) RV is permitted in each site. No vehicles may be parked in vacant sites.  Additional parking is available in the Lodge parking lot.
  • No washing of vehicles is permitted on Lodge property.

Length of Stay:

  • The length of stay in the park will be limited to fourteen (14) days from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day. Any request for an extended stay must be submitted to the Lodge office for consideration and will be granted only under exigent circumstances.
  • No RV will be left unattended for more than twenty-four (24) hours.
  • There will be no storage or unattended parking of RVs on Lodge property.

Park Conduct:

  • Any conduct unbecoming an Elk member will not be permitted and will cause revocation of the parking permit. The member is responsible for the conduct of any guests.
  • Quiet time will be observed in the park between the hours of 10 PM and 8 AM.
  • Guests are required to keep the RV spaces and picnic areas clean at all times.
  • Pets may not be left outside the RV while owners are away, and pets are not allowed in the Lodge at any time. Exceptions for certified service animals.
  • Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.

RV Park Appearance:

  • The garbage dumpster is provided for guest convenience in the picnic area. All garbage must be placed in a plastic bag before disposal in the dumpster.  All cardboard boxes should be flattened prior to disposal.
  • Discharge of any waste water on Lodge property is not permitted at any time and is grounds for immediate termination of permit.
  • Restrooms without showers are permitted for park guests.
